Who? What? Why? How?
Who?
We are Paluku.in — a space created by some of us on Twitter (X), seeking a unique blogging venue of our own ; a special nest from where to chirp and share our creative expression.
What is Paluku?
It is a portal for bloggers, amateur writers and anyone looking for clean and sensible expression; be it a writer or the reader. The main purpose of “Paluku” is to provide an interactive stage for Telugu writers and readers. A common meeting ground for Telugu folk to post their writings and share with people with similar interests.
Why?
On sites like Twitter and Facebook, it becomes increasingly difficult over time to search for and retrieve our older posts / writings. Additionally, many users have expressed their preference for a platform where they can find and publish content sans the social media warfare and unchecked profanity.
We heard them and that’s how Paluku came into existence. Membership to “Paluku” is by invitation only, and with like minded people, will remain completely free of/from obscenity, indecency, and bad language. A meaningful and refined crowd who at heart wish to put pen and paper together to create content that readers can enjoy and appreciate.
There’s no pressure of pay per use subscriptions, paywalls, algorithms and similar limitations of other platforms. We hope to present a place from where the wordsmith in you will directly reach your audience.
In today’s digital age, this initiative is an effort to showcase Telugu stories, free verse, poetry, and various discussion topics that speak your emotion to fellow Telugu population – language enthusiasts, budding writers and readers with good taste.
How?
You too can share your experiences, thoughts, and creativity here. Aspiring writers can join through (this—link).
Is it only for Telugu content?
The main aim is to get closer to Telugu language users and introduce everyone to good Telugu content.
All the same, the current generation, not too well versed in writing, reading, and speaking entirely in Telugu may find it difficult to get going entirely in our mother tongue. So writing in English is acceptable too, on occasion.
The primary focus however will be promoting Telugu content.
